About Us

VRC Development partners have been developing and building multi-family communities for the past 20 years. Each project is developed under a unique entity and partnership structure.

The company focus has been in the university housing realm, including communities for students, as well as alumni and fans of the university.

South Bend, Indiana has been the primary location, where these teams have designed, developed, marketed, built, and sold 350 alumni units to-date. 

In addition to for-purchase units, they have developed and leased 900 off-campus student housing beds; both apartment and townhome-style living. The University of Notre Dame’s first ever student housing partnership was on the team’s Overlook project – completed in 2013. 

While these projects have been developed predominantly in Indiana, their first foray into Arizona, at Arizona State University, was completed in 2020 and sold in March, 2022. VRC Development is open to considering projects in a variety of locations.
